Shipping

Nooree Home makes every effort to ship orders within 3 business days of purchase. It may take up to 5 business days to fully process your order during holidays and peak shopping times. We thank you for your patience, as we are a small business. 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Our orders are shipped via USPS and are charged based on size and weight. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. You may track your order via the USPS website after it has shipped. 

SHIPPING TO CANADA

Our orders are shipped via UPS or DHL and are charged based on size and weight. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. You may track your order via the UPS website after it has shipped. 

 

Although we try our best to ensure that packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once your order has shipped, you can expect to receive it within 1-8 business days. However, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. 

Nooree Home is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your shipping courier for assistance.

Inspections & Damages

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen. Please thoroughly inspect all items and if a damage has occurred, please contact us and provide detailed images within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, claims will not be able to be processed. 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your Nooree Home purchases, but we understand that orders don’t always work out. Due to the limited nature of our products, we accept returns for store credit and exchanges only

All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. 

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending back your item(s). Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • List of the item(s) being returned
  • A brief reason for your return

U.S. CUSTOMERS

For returns: we will send you a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your applicable credit. For exchanges: we are happy to cover the cost of shipping for your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We are happy to offer the same returns policy. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return postage cost. Additionally, any postal charges, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Once we receive your item and confirm its original condition, we will issue a store credit, or ship your exchange, and send you a confirmation email.

We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases at this time.
