What are your virtual styling sessions?

Our virtual styling sessions are 60-minute consultations where we help you make confident choices for your home. After booking, you'll share photos of your space. Within three business days, you'll receive detailed guidance and specific recommendations tailored to your needs. We offer three types of sessions: The Clear Direction Session (for decision support), The Flow & Function Session (for spaces that need to work better), and The Finishing Details Session (for spaces that feel almost there).

How do I know which styling session is right for me?

Consider what's bothering you most about your space:

  • Choose the Clear Direction Session if you're feeling overwhelmed by options or second-guessing your decisions.
  • Choose the Flow & Function Session if your space has good pieces but doesn't quite come together functionally.
  • Choose the Finishing Details Session if your space feels 90% complete but is missing those final touches that make it feel whole.

How much do your styling sessions cost?

A single session is $200. We also offer package options with savings:

  • The Perfect Pair Package: Any two sessions for $360 (save $40)
  • The Home That Feels Right Package: All three sessions for $510 (save $90)

These sessions can be scheduled at your convenience and used for different spaces in your home.

What's included in a styling session?

Each styling session includes:

  • A 60-minute video consultation
  • A detailed guidance document delivered within 3 business days
  • Specific product recommendations from both our collection and trusted brands
  • Implementation support via email or recorded video guidance
  • The option to ask follow-up questions about implementing your plan

How long does the whole process take?

From booking to receiving your final recommendations, the process typically takes 1-2 weeks. This includes your initial booking (1-2 days to review and confirm), scheduling your consultation (based on your availability), the consultation itself (60 minutes), and receiving your detailed guidance (within 3 business days).

Can virtual styling really work without you seeing my space in person?

Absolutely. Through detailed photos, video, and thoughtful conversation, we're able to understand your space, identify what's working and what's not, and provide practical guidance that makes a real difference. Our approach focuses on the specific challenges you're facing and provides targeted solutions that enhance how your space works and feels. Many clients are surprised by how effective virtual guidance can be.

Will you try to sell me expensive new furniture?

No. Our goal is to help you make the most of what you already have, often recommending just a few key pieces to complete your space. We focus on thoughtful choices, not pushing products. When we do make recommendations, we consider your budget and prioritize items that will make the biggest impact on how your space functions and feels.

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-7 business days from the shipping date.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship to Canada, with plans to expand to more regions in the near future. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

What if an item arrives damaged?

We carefully package every order, but if something arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We offer exchanges and store credit only. To initiate a return, please email us for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Yes! Our virtual styling sessions are available worldwide. The only requirement is a stable internet connection for our video call and the ability to share photos of your space.

What if I need to reschedule my styling session?

We understand that life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment time. For last-minute changes, please email us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
