As an online retailer, we currently do not have a physical store. However, if you have any product-related questions before making a purchase, please reach out to us through our Contact page. Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, our product shipments are limited to the United States and Canada. We have plans to expand our shipping services worldwide in the future.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We strive to ship orders within 3 business days of purchase. Please note that during holidays and peak shopping times, it may take up to 5 business days to process your order. Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and can range from 3 to 8 business days.

How can I track my order?

We ship our orders using USPS and UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and the details of your order. You can then track your order on the USPS or UPS website.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Nooree Home is not responsible for orders that are lost during shipping or delivery.

To request a replacement for your damaged item, please email us at help@nooreehome.com within 3 days of receiving it. Remember to include a photo of the damaged item. Rest assured, we will take care of the replacement for you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our priority is the complete satisfaction of our customers. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange or return within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy.

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?

For returns, we will email you with a return shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your applicable credit. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost for your returned item.
