We hope that you love your Nooree Home purchases, but we understand that sometimes orders don't always work out.
Due to the limited nature of our curated products, we accept returns for store credit and exchanges only. We do not offer cash refunds to your original payment method.
The only exception is if an item you've ordered becomes out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order. In this rare case, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- All items must be sent back in the original packaging
- If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- List of the item(s) being returned
- A brief reason for your return
- Whether you prefer store credit or an exchange
U.S. Customers
For returns, we will send you a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your applicable store credit. For exchanges, we are happy to cover the cost of shipping for your returned item.
International Customers
We offer the same returns policy for international customers. However, you will be responsible for covering the return postage cost. Additionally, any postal charges, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your item and confirm its original condition, we will issue a store credit or ship your exchange, and send you a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Store credit never expires and can be used on any future Nooree Home purchase.
We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases at this time.
